Entire unit is industrial tiled with no carpets(like a hospital).Living room, Kitchen with eat in diningroom big enough for table and 4 chairs, laundry room with W/D hook-ups and combination pantry area Except High Circle which has a separate laundry room. bedrooms and bathroom are down a hallway. There are 4 sets of apartments around town. There is College Circle, High Circle, Morrow Circle and Vest Circle and then there are the Towers which are for the elderly which is 3 stories tall with elevators. College Circle apt can be viewed when looking at Mallory place apts. They are in the google image across from McDonalds. They are all brick duplex apts in all 4 circles. Vest circle has a bad reputation(but, hey we are talking small town here) College circle is located close and easy to walk to shops. Morrow Circle is across from the Missouri Valley College football field. High Circle apts are quiet and not close to anything except other houses. Vest Circle is really away from everything.
