Adult Permanent Housing Program - City: provides rental assistance and scattered site housing throughout Baltimore City. Supportive case management focuses on greater access to healthcare, substance abuse recovery, employability and income, with the goal of strengthening self-sufficiency. Eligibility criteria: Homeless, very low income HIV+ individuals or other disability and their family members. Federal Funding Source: HUD Supportive Housing Program, Ryan White funds, HUD Shelter Plus Care, HUD 811s, Capacity: 110 units. Capacity: 20 units.

Supportive case management focuses on greater access to healthcare, substance abuse recovery, employability and income, with the goal of strengthening self-sufficiency. Eligibility criteria: Homeless, low income HIV+ individuals with a disability and their family members. Federal Funding Source: HUD Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation Shelter Plus Care, HUD Samaritan, Cherrydell SHP. Capacity: 17 units. 

Update: AIRS owns and operates properties in Govans, Bolton Hill, Station North, Reservoir Hill, Charles Village, Cherrydell and Lauraville. In addition, we manage about 90 properties throughout the city and county owned by other landlords where our clients reside. Individuals and families pay 30% of their income toward rent with the balance being paid through their housing subsidy.
