Country Village is an apartment community beautifully designed for seniors 62 and older and for persons with mobility impairments. Developed and owned by the North Carolina Grand Lodge Independent Order of Odd Fellows NC and professionally managed by Community Management Corporation, Country Village is conveniently located at 201 Park Ridge Circle off of Country Club Road in Winston Salem and is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, parks, churches and public transportation.
Our one and two bedroom apartments feature private entries, spacious closets, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, frost free refrigerators, range, garbage disposal, electric heating/air and cable connections.
A few of our many community amenities include a community building equipped with high speed internet access computers, large screen TV, pool tables, fellowship hall, library, spa, exercise equipment and laundry facilities. Our residents also enjoy the onsite greenhouse, gardening area and picnic shelter with barbeque pit. Section 8 assistance is available and income restrictions apply.
Our office hours are Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and on Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
