Oakview Manor offers 1-bedroom apartments for anyone 55 years of age or older. Rent is based on 30% of your gross income. Heat and water is included. Laundry facilities are available on each of the three floors. Each apartment is approximately 550 sq. ft., equipped with refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, emergency pull cord, sleek lighted ceiling fan in the living room area, blinds and various other amenities. We have on-site Management including maintenance. Oakview Manor has a locked lobby and is a member of the neighborhood watch association. We offer a large community room that looks out to a beautiful backyard that includes landscaped garden plots for planting, and a spacious patio with a barbeque grill. Surface lot and street parking. Small pets, 30 pounds, or less are welcome(with one time $25 deposit). We have the following activities weekly at Oakview Manor bingo, craft & treat night and a monthly themed party. We are now offering a $25.00 gift card for shopping for anyone who signs 1-year lease to become a part of our community!
