Social Justice Action Center Apartment Details

SJAC is a low-income housing provider, as one of the services it provides the community. This housing is located in the top floor of the building  used for other programs, and comprises six bedrooms with shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Required that applicants have certified low-income status and capacity to pay without undue burden.

For rent six rooms for $325-$400/month plus utilities, with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

This is centrally located in inner SE on transit lines.

Rooms are available irregularly; check their website for current openings.

You may fill out our application and apply for the waiting list at any time.

Qualifying candidates are generally referred to the existing tenants for final decision.

They encourage people from historically marginalized communities to apply; they do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, etc.
