Opportunity House Apartment Details

Opportunity House is a multi-service organization which provides shelter and supportive housing for individuals.
At the Shelter they provide a warm meal and safe place to sleep and an array of services to assist homeless individuals and families once again to become self-sufficient.
Shelter residents are expected to meet regularly with case managers and jointly develop a plan to address the causes of their homelessness and begin the journey back to self-sufficiency.
Supportive Housing:
For those individuals and families who either are unable to live independently or who require additional support before returning to the community, Opportunity House offers an array of transitional and permanent housing programs.
Depending upon their particular circumstances and needs, participants can reside in a group living residence or live independently in their own apartment or town-home.
In order to qualify for these housing programs individuals and families must have successfully completed the shelter program at Opportunity House.

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates
