Pennwood Place Apartments is a 35-unit apartment complex for low-income, active senior citizens. The apartment suites feature a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a washer-dryer unit.
Pennwood Place is located on the North East Side of Indianapolis, just south of the Glendale Town Center.
Pennwood Place is proud to provide several activities, speakers and services each month to increase the quality of life for its residents. Pennwood Place also boasts an on-site exercise room stocked with treadmills, bicycles and elliptical machines.
