DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I left a review 5years ago giving this property praise; however, I have lived here for over 16-years, but since about 2019-now the management here has gone down completely. The office staff is ill equip to be working in the office, none have ever had managerial experience or working experience, zero customer service, and truly do not care about their residents. The maintenance staff is basically 2-people, they are very undertrained (probably not trained at all), and this apartment does not upgrade any of their units. If something breaks or you need something fixed they take their time with your work order request and even then, it may or may not be fixed, as they are cheap and don't want to spend the extra money it takes to actually fix their property. I have put over 6-work orders in about my air conditioning being fixed, and even called after hours, as it is an emergency. It has been 1-month and still nobody has come to fix the air condition. When they finally did send a maintenance man, (yesterday!!!!) he said all of the units are over 30yrs old and they all need to be replaced. The management knew this but failed to tell any of its residents; however, as I write this myself and my senior mother are sitting in an 85-degree apartment with the windows up. Still nothing! I refuse to take this any further. I am suing this landlord and if you need to know how please contact me. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
