Trans Pacific Gardens Apartment Details

We are a centrally located affordable housing community in sunny Chico, Ca. We offer two assistance programs: tax credit and on-site section 8. We also work with Butte County Housing Authority and recipients of their housing voucher. The community is in the process of upgrading our apartments. Some of the new features include double-pane windows, new cabinets and counters in the bathroom and kitchens and the addition of dishwashers! Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates
