University Center - HUD Subsidized Retirement Community Apartment Details

University Center is a 50-unit HUD-subsidized residential community for older adults or those over the age of 18 who are mobility impaired. Income limitations are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Developent (HUD).

University Center is conveniently located near downtown Indianapolis, shopping areas, the Indiana University Medical Center, and a variety of government agencies and services.
We offer you an affordable, comfortable, resident community where you can make friends and have a full life. You can spend time alone in the privacy of your own apartment while still participating in a full schedule of educational and recreational activities in our community room.
University Centers Resident Council helps in developing activities and events at the community for residents to participate in.
There is a bus that will take you grocery shopping once a week for a $2 fee.
A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents personal needs.
University Center is a smoke-free community.
