We allow rabbits, birds, cats and most dogs under 30lbs (adult weight). Breed restrictions apply.

Cats - $25/month/cat;

Dogs - $35/month/dog;

Rabbit - $10/month/rabbit;

Bird - $10/cage/month.

Limit of 2 pets per apartment.
