Round House Manor is a subsidized housing community for seniors age 62 & over. The term "subsidized housing" means that the rent is based on income. A resident of the community pays approximately 30% of their income as rent.The remainder of the rent is paid in the form of a subsidy. If a resident qualifies for a subsidy, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a U.S. government agency, will pay the remainder of the rent.
Located in the heart of downtown Kaukauna on the beautiful Fox River, our community is within a few blocks of a variety of shops, restaurants, and the city library, and a pharmacy. Home healthcare workers and Meals-On-Wheels are available. There is a bus stop close by and free transportation is provided for local grocery shopping.
Our residents are active participants in RHFs Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents personal needs.
