When they can keep the drug dealers from renting. Yes there are families currently living here.

Yes. Pets are allowed. They try to keep out "aggressive" breeds but people get around that by applying for an emotional support permit.

They are supposed to do a background check. No felons please.

This is an old property. (built around 1986) They just had a management company change and things are taking a turn for the worse.

They do a flat rate for the water. Way too expensive. And they raise it EVERY year...
