Napa Valley Community Housing Apartment Details

Napa Valley Community Housing came into being as the result of a merger between two local housing non-profits: Housing Association for Napa Development and Napa Valley Family Homes. These "parent" agencies bequeathed to NVCH over forty years of experience and accomplishments in the field of low income housing.
NVCH is the premier developer and provider of affordable housing in the Napa Valley for 40 years.
Private non-profit 501(c)(3) agency, that develops attractive, well-built, affordable housing for Napa County's low & moderate income residents.
They plan and build new housing, purchase existing properties and rehabilitate them, and manage affordable rental units.
Management portfolio includes 17 properties housing 1,700 residents, including 650 children, and over 200 seniors.
In addition, theResident Services Program empowers the residents to improve their lives by facilitating access to health care, educational services, job training and other social services.

Waiting Lists
Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

No, in fact the property manager at la vista apartments watches people break in to apartments and never says anything
