Eli Terry community is owned by the Terryville Retirement Community Corporation, a non-profit corporation. The community if funded by the USDA Rural Development office and as such the community does provide rental assistance for some of the units. The USDA-RD 515 program for the elderly is open to residents whose head or co-head is aged 62 or older or has a disability.
