I am being forced out of a month to month unit I have dwelled in for two n a half years I’m being forced to get out for exerting my rights I had a roof leak for 1 year n a half that was never addressed by property management I have suffered damages and loss due to pure laziness and neglect of slumlords I have been ignored to all maintenance requests and received a retaliation letter of sixty day notice with no reason as to why I have two children I’m a single mother I receive no child support although I do have a judgment and filed an order of contempt on the father please please help I’m stressed and worried and don’t want to withhold rent and ruin my credit and not be able to rent another place in the future
