I need to move am in nycha. I live in a walk up. I was diagnose with arthritis in both knees and I also have multiple sclerosis I cant be on the 3rd fl cause am a fall risk I can fall downstairs I dont have no help with management I have a child that lives over me. 7am. Until 11pm at night I am sensitive to noise I need the help cant live like this
