About Lisa

I was considered high risk during my pregnancy on December 4th, 2022 I gave birth to my baby girl and was diagnosed with high blood pressure and had to get magnesium. I haven’t been able to return to work due to my blood pressure being too high and somehow fell behind on rent. I have also 4 other kids and I really don’t want to see them out in the streets and I would never put them in that situation. Just patiently waiting to try and receive social security if approved.

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Apartment Rates

We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
